FlexAll-Hydraulic Hoses SAE 100R1AT/1SN | Medium Pressure

Meets or exceeds the performance requirements of: SAE 100R1AT,Din EN 853 1SNzxc

 

Application: Medium pressure hydraulic applications including hydraulic fluids, hot oil, grease, lubricant & crude Oils, air & water.

 

Inner Tube : Oil resistant Nitrile (BTR) tube.

 

Reinforcement : Single braid high-tensile steel wire reinforcement.

 

Cover Compound: Oil & abrasion-resistant, black Neoprene (CR) Cover.

 

Temperature Range:- 40c to 120c

Application: Very high pressure applications used for petroleum based hydraulic fluids.
Inner Tube: Neoprene.
Reinforcement: Four alternating layers of spiralled high-tensile steel wire.
Cover Compound: abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber.
Temperature Range: -40c to +-125c.

HYDRAULIC RUBBER  HOSE

These are manufactured from oil resistant synthetic rubber with high tensile steel or rayon braided reinforcements in rubberall sizes from 3/16’’ ID 4’’ and in long lengths. These are used for conveying hydraulic oils, fuel oils, gasoline, air and water etc. at low pressure/, mediumpressure/high pressure and super high pressure upto 1400Kg/cm.

 

These are available in different categories, being R3,R5,4-SP,4-SH,6-SP,R1,R2 ,R3,R4,R12,R13,R16,R17,R19,etc. These are supplied with end fittings/connections as per customers requirements.

 

STEAM HOSE ASSEMBLIES

These are used for conveying steam for hydraulic presses, refineries and related application through flexible pipes in which steam pressure does not exceed 17.6 Kg/cm (250psi) and temperature does not exceed 230C.

 

These are available in all size from 3/8’’ NB to 2’’ NB. These are supplied with complete end fittings/connections as per customers requirement.

 

RUBBER HOSE

MINING, DRILLING, LPG & Other Industrial Applications Hoses

We also supply hoses for impulsive high pressure application like excavators, dozers, dumpers, cranes, rock breakers, rubber hosehydraulic drill rigs & other construction equipment.

 

Fire, ozone, abrasion resistant hose, hot water pressure cleaning hoses, steam hoses, LPG, CNG hoses, AIR CONDITIONING hoses, agricultural hoses, ROCKDRILL hoses, SEWER jetting hoses, CEMENT RIG hoses, Airo mine hoses, Water blast hoses etc

 

Hoses with very low MBR (Minimum Bend Radius) for short assembly length & narrow installation are also available.

 

Hoses are also available for petroleum based hydraulic fluids, synthetic esters, water-glycol based fluids etc.

 

CHEMICAL COMPOSITE HOSE

Chemical resistant composite hoses are made from POLYPROPYLENE, POLYESTER & POLYAMIDE fabrics and film material.

 

The hose consists of inner wire spiral, upon which layers of fabric & film are wrapped and bound with an external wire spiral.

 

The tension between each other of the wire spirals gives the hoses its pressure capability. The wire helixes can be galvanized steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel or polypropylene coated steel.

Varieties of hoses are available for passage of different types of chemicals.
